Day 01 – New York Arrival

Welcome to the “Big Apple,” the “City That Never Sleeps”—New York is a city of superlatives: America’s biggest; its most exciting; its business and cultural capitals; the nation’s trendsetter. For more than a century, it has been one of the world’s major centres of commerce and finance. Upon arrival at the airport, you will be transferred to the hotel. (B)

Day 02 – New York City

After breakfast, we proceed for a city tour of New York. The sight seen will include USA’s famous landmark “Statue of Liberty”. We will take a ferry ride to Liberty Island for a spectacular view of the New York City Skyline. Next, we experience the view of a lifetime from One World Observatory deck. Later in the day, we drive through Rockefeller Centre, Wall Street, Ground Zero and Central Park, Times Square, United Nations and Trump. (B)

Day 03 – New York to Washington

Today we depart to Washington DC on own, capital of the United States of America and a Guide to the Historic Neighbourhoods and Monuments. Other than the federal government, tourism is DC’s biggest industry. The city attracts almost twenty million visitors each year.  After checking in at the hotel, spend some time at leisure. (B)

Day 04 – Washington City

After breakfast, you will explore the capital city of US on own via hop on and hop off tour. You will visit many different places such as White House, Lincoln Memorial, Supreme Court, the Capitol Building, the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum, Union Station, World War II Memorial Building, Pentagon building and Washington monument. (B)

Day 05 – Washington – Buffalo – USA Side Niagara

Fly to Buffalo (flight not included) to view the world-famous falls, which forms one of the natural wonders of the World. You will board the famous boat “Maid of the mist” which will take you close to the thundering falls and around the American and Horseshoe Falls (seasonal). Return to the hotel to freshen up after your damp ride. (B)

Day 06 – Buffalo – Orlando

Today we depart to Orlando by flight on own. Orlando is the sixth largest city of Florida and is also known to be its largest inland city. The presence of Disney World theme park has made this city a well-known vacation spot. This city is said to welcome more than 52 million tourists every year. Upon arrival transfer to your hotel. (B)

Day 07 – Orlando – Walt Disney Magic Kingdom

Today you will visit the Magic Kingdom, which covers 107 acres, opened on October 1, 1971. It’s been dubbed “The Most Magical Place on Earth!” and is home to seven themed lands, and dozens of attractions that appeal to all ages. It is the place where storybook fantasy is everyday reality, and Disney classics are brought to life from the moment you step onto Main Street USA, you are transported to a place where the cares of the outside world seem to magically melt away. (B)

Day 08 – Orlando – Epcot (Optional)

Optional-Begin your day at the Epcot centre where you can touch the future and travel the world with an amazing array of attractions and live performances. This is an area of 260 acres devoted to past achievements and the future of technology. World showcase offers a kind of permanent World Fair, with pavilions devoted to eleven countries. (B)

Day 09 – Orlando – Sea World

Today you will visit the world’s largest Marine Park Sea World – Here you shall discover many attractions. We dare you to take a one-of-a kind water coaster thrill ride through the mysterious lost city of Atlantis. Soar through danger on a jet copter ride to the Wild Artic. At Sea World, touch, feed or get face to face with awesome and amazing wild animals; get in on all the action that draws you back again and again! (B)

Day 10 – Orlando – San Francisco

Fly to San Francisco (flight not included), which is one of the few North American cities to achieve the legendary status of such places as Paris or London. The city’s well-known hills offer stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and San Francisco Bay, and feature a wide array of shops, restaurants, and cosmopolitan nightlife. In addition to its diversity and charm, San Francisco is a gateway to Silicon Valley, America’s premier high-technology centre. Upon Arrival, check in to the hotel. (B)

Day 11 – San Francisco City

Today we proceed on a sightseeing tour of San Francisco. You will visit the famous Golden Gate Bridge, with the world’s highest bridge towers. Continue to Twin Peaks, Lombard Street, Cable Car, Pier 39, Nob Hill, Civic Centre, Union Square, Fisherman’s Wharf, Palace of Fine Arts & other highlights. (B)

Day 12 – Las Vegas

Depart in the morning for your flight to Las Vegas on own. On arrival, transfer to your hotel. In the evening, we proceed for the night tour in Las Vegas experiencing the spectacular Colourful Dancing Fountain water fountains of the Bellagio, the Pirate Ships at Treasure Island, Stratosphere Tower, Downtown Vegas, and of course Fremont street, where over 12 million lights create a free show with pumping music.  (B)

Day 13 – Grand Canyon (Optional)

Spend the day at leisure OR take the Grand Canyon Tour Bus or Air (OPTIONAL). Don’t Forget the New Wonder of the West the Skywalk, In the evening, take the Las Vegas Night Flight (OPTIONAL), a Helicopter Ride over dazzling night time Vegas, take in a fabulous Show or visit any of the free shows such as the Sirens of Treasure Island and much more.

Day 14 – Los Angeles

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and then depart to Los Angeles. Later, enjoy a city tour of Los Angeles. We will drive you through the “Entertainment capital of the world”, Hollywood, Hollywood Walk of Fame, Beverly Hills, Grumman Chinese Theatre, Sunset strip, Rodeo Drive for the world’ most expensive shopping and China town for some good bargains.

Day 15 – Los Angeles – Universal Studio

Join us today for a tour of Universal Studios which has always been known for its innovative rides and attractions; it is designed to let visitors experience movies like never-before. A trip to Universal is like a trip into the heart of Hollywood. With films and TV shows always in production, one never knows who they might see wandering the sidewalks of the park. (B)

Day 16 – Los Angeles departure

After breakfast, spend some time at leisure; proceed to the airport to board your flight for next Destination. (B)

It is Traveller’s responsibility to obtain and be in possession of the comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance, including medical insurance with provision for air evacuation, insurance in case of accidents, sudden sickness, medical expenses or death, before embarking on a tour. Our company is neither responsible nor liable for any claims, damage or loss as a result of Client’s failing to obtain necessary insurance cover.

We are however, happy to provide you travel insurance as per the plan you select which can offer you comprehensive coverage at highly competitive costs.

Age limit to provide Insurance – Up to 75 years. For Insurance, all rates given are per person in USD.

PAYMENT TERMS:

• 35% payment at the time of confirmation
• Balance payment within 07 days of confirmation or travel date whichever is earlier.

We accept payments via bank transfer/Debit & Credit cards also. In case of a bank transfer please add USD 35 per transfer per time you transfer.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We need to receive a cancellation request in writing for us to proceed with cancellation. The following charges will be applicable based on the cancellation request received by us.

If you cancel –

• 60 days prior to departure there will be a 25% deduction on the package cost.
• 59 – 45 days prior to departure: 65% deduction on the package cost.
• 44 days or less: 100% deduction on the package cost.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• All rooms, rates and services are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
• Rates are not valid for Events / Fairs / Long weekends / Festivals / Blackout dates.
• In case the same hotels / lodges / camps / resorts are not available we reserve the right to change them in the same star category.
• Child rates apply for children aged from 02 to 09 years old. 1 child sharing a room with 2 adults (depending on hotel policy). If the hotel doesn’t have availability for family rooms, adult rates will apply.
• If certain tours / entrances are closed during certain periods, alternative options will be provided.
• Train fares / reservations are dynamic, subject to availability and non-refundable once issued.
• Rates quoted are not applicable during trade fair periods, major American Holidays and other major events.
• Early check-in, late check-out is solely based on the discretion of the hotel and not guaranteed unless paid for.
• We reserve the rights to reschedule the itinerary or routing.
• Unused inclusions in a tour package are non-refundable.
• Tours will be seat in coach basis (Unless mentioned otherwise) where guests have to reach on time at designated pick up point.
• Any delays from your side are considered a no show.
• No refund applicable in case of no show.
• Rates are not valid during any events & festivals and blackout dates.
• Most of the Hotels/ Lodges/ Camps / Apartments may ask for a security deposit at the time of check-in, which is refundable at the time of check-out and is subject to the hotel/lodge’s policy.
• We reserve all rights. Any damages caused whilst on tour shall be borne (paid or settled) locally by the client, we will not be liable for the same.
• In view of the current situation, please be advised that whilst the information and rates quoted are correct as of today’s date – we retain the right to adjust rates based on any changes to current operational or capacity restrictions imposed by Governments or other Authorities.
• You must carry a valid credit card for incidentals at hotel and government issued photo ID with you all the time.
• Check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 11 am at most hotels.
• You are liable to call and inform your travel agent/driver number mentioned in the itinerary, in case of any flight time changes. In most cases, driver will not wait more than his/her designated time mentioned in the itinerary and you might miss your transfer.
• Please allow 15-20 mins. pick-up window for shared ride transfers & tours. The shuttle/tour bus shall arrive within 15-20 mins. of your scheduled pickup time.
• Tips for drivers is $3 per person on daily basis is MANDTORY. Tips to tour guides etc. are not included and are at the discretion of the client. The drivers expect TIPS approximately three dollars per person per day or a minimum of $80 whichever is greater.
• Tours are based on SIC, if SIC (Seat in Coach Basis) is not available due to unpredictable COVID-19 protocols then our local land partner will arrange a tour on private basis with an additional cost in which you will be informed on a later time.
• Please note guests must arrange their own transportation to the designated pick-up location for any sightseeing tours listed in your itinerary above.
• We reserve the right to amend the itinerary and arrange for alternate accommodations or services due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Any items/incidentals used by individuals in their respective rooms like drinks, snacks, beverages, television channels, overflow of water from the bathroom, any room damage etc. will be billed to your rooms & shall have to be paid for by you before checkout.
• We or our local land partner do not hold any responsibility for any loss of luggage, injuries or theft.
• Smoking is not allowed in most of the hotels. You shall be liable to pay a minimum of $200-$500 fine if you are caught smoking / smoking is detected in your hotel room.
• Any additional services required once tour starts will require a credit card to book those services.
• Restaurant/hotel/service changes cannot be made once the group is on tour.
• Tour Escorts MUST carry local SIM card. All the services need to be reconfirmed by the client or Tour Escort 24 hours prior to service date with regards to the pick-up time and the meeting point by guest name.
• Wi-Fi is available at the hotels; we cannot guarantee that connectivity will be consistently functional for the entire time of your stay and it is not free in some hotels.
• Consuming of food & beverages are not allowed while bus is in motion. Adults & children are not allowed to stand or walk while bus is moving, if any injury occurs Discover Destinations is not responsible.
• Travel Insurance – we strongly recommend clients purchase full travel insurance to cover all emergencies including medical.  Clients shall be individually responsible for any costs and/or liabilities arising out of non-purchase of insurance and/or purchase of insurance without the appropriate coverage. We request a signed waiver in the event client declines offer to buy travel insurance.
• This quote is based on the current taxes, surcharges, and fees as applicable at the time of quotation.  Any subsequent change in the tax tables would be applicable to this quote.
• We or our local land partner will not be liable for any changes relating to cancellation of any component of a client’s itinerary outside of 31 days prior to the scheduled arrival date unless travel agency/client was notified by us at the time of booking that any component or service has special cancellation charges that extend beyond 31 days prior to arrival.
• All rates are based on minimum 2 Pax traveling together at all tours.
• Breakfast time is usually 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM depending on hotels. Some hotels this may vary. We are not responsible for any missed breakfast due to flight timings or early morning tours.
• Surcharges for weekends and convention may apply for any trade fair/special event in city.
• Child age 2-9 years. Above 9 years is considered as an adult.
• No Intercity surface transfers are included unless specified in the package. Baggage charges for flights must be borne by the clients.
• There will be no refund (partial or otherwise) for any part of services cancelled or unused for any reasons including medical or otherwise.  This clause overrules any commitment made by any supplier participating in the program directly with the client or the Travel Agent/Tour Operator.
• Packages are valid until December 31, 2022. Certain blackout dates apply. Some events are seasonal.
