Suggested day wise itinerary:
Day 01: Arrival in Rome
Welcome to Rome! Upon arrival at Rome Airport, your driver will meet you for your transfer to the hotel. Rome – the Italian capital is also known as the Eternal City. Home of the ancient Roman Empire & Vatican City, Rome has exerted a huge influence over the world in it’s roughly 2800 years of existence. Check in and spend the rest of day at leisure. Overnight Rome.
Day 02: Rome
After breakfast enjoy the city tour, check off Rome’s best bits on a whistle-stop tour of the city (Non – Guided) – the ideal way for first-time visitors to get their bearings. Explore lively Piazza Venezia and Piazza Navona and admire views of the mighty Colosseum, the Roman Forum, and Capitoline Hill. Hop off along the way to throw a coin in the Trevi Fountain, snap photos of the Spanish Steps, or marvel at the Pantheon. (No entrance, no guide). Later Visit Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel Entrance (entrance included). Overnight Rome.
Day 03: Rome – Siena – Florence
After breakfast, proceed to Florence. Florence was the birthplace of the Italian Renaissance. The city is considered a cultural, artistic and architectural gem. En-route take a photo stop at Siena, a city in central Italy’s
Tuscany region, is distinguished by its medieval brick buildings. The fan-shaped central square, Piazza del Campo, is the site of the Palazzo Pubblico, the Gothic town hall, and Torre Del Mangia, a slender 14th-century tower with sweeping views from its distinctive white crown. Later proceed for half day tour of Pisa (Non-guided) which gives you the opportunity to enjoy the city of one of the symbols of Italy. You can walk alongside the medieval walls up to the old entrance gate: Porta Santa Maria. You will be in front of a unique panorama: Piazza dei Miracoli with its marble architecture and neat grass lawns. Once outside you can admire the Baptistery, the Monumental Graveyard and, finally, the world-famous leaning Tower. Overnight Florence.
Day 04: Florence – Venice
After breakfast departure from Florence and you will be transferred to Venice, Known as the Floating City for its famed canals. The lagoon and a part of the city are listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Day free to explore the island on own. Overnight Venice.
Optional Tour: Gondola Ride – 30Mins
Take a classic guided gondola ride along the Grand Canal and watch for sights such as the Rialto Bridge, Campo Manin, and other popular Venice sights from its most iconic boat. Pass smaller canals and passageways not visible from the city’s narrows streets, a great introduction to Venice for travellers short on time.
Day 05: Venice
Proceed for Guided walking tour of Venice (2 hours) The tour starts from the heart of the city – the stunning Piazza San Marco, where our local guide will reveal you all the secretes about the origins and the history of its main monuments, that is to say St Mark’s Basilica, the Doge’s Palace, the Bell Tower and the Procuratie. We will then proceed to Campo SS. Giovanni e Paolo, the “Pantheon” of Venice, the Great School of Charity, and other places of interest such as Marco Polo’s House, where you can see the roots of the great traveller and writer. Overnight Venice.
Day 06: Venice – Home
After breakfast, checkout and depart to Airport by private transfer. (Or you can extend your stay to explore the destination on own.)
