CANCELLATION & AMENDMENT POLICY:

Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival is non-refundable.
The arrival date can be changed at no charge if there are flight cancellation or a positive Covid-19 result prior to travelling to Thailand.
The above rate packages are subject to change based on government established regulation.
If request Fast Track Covid test result – Additional Fast track RT-PCR Result within 2 hours extra fee at THB 2100 – 2500 net per person.

◦ Maximum waiting time at the airport shall be 75 minutes from the arrival time of the flight.

◦ Rates are not valid for Events / Fairs / Long weekends / Festivals / Blackout dates. (surcharges/ supplements will be applicable during these dates)
