Day 01: Delhi Airport – Hotel

Welcome to India – Meet & greet by our representative upon arrival at outside the exit gate (Gate No. 5) of Delhi airport and transfers to your pre-booked hotel, check-in at the hotel. Delhi – India’s capital & a major gateway to the country.

Rest of the day free for leisure and overnight stay at hotel in Delhi.

Day 02: Delhi Half day Sightseeing – Agra (216 Km / 4 hrs)

After Breakfast check out from hotel & visit Qutub Minar, Humayun tomb & India Gate.  After that drive to another historical and romantic city – Agra.

On arrival check-in to your hotel. Overnight stay at Agra.

Day 03: Agra Sightseeing – Jaipur Via Fatehpur Sikri (245 Km / 5 hrs)

After breakfast visit the world famous Taj Mahal – the most precious gift of love built by Emperor Shah Jahan for his loving wife Mumtaz & After that proceed to The Pink City – Jaipur. Enroute visit Fatehpur Sikri – once the capital of Mughal Emperor Akbar. Also visit the Buland Darwaza, the largest gateway in the world. On arrival at Jaipur, check into your hotel. Overnight stay at Jaipur.

Day 04: Jaipur Local Sightseeing

Morning after breakfast proceed for excursion to Amber Fort, take an Elephant ride to reach the Fort situated on the hill. Later, stop to photograph the beautiful Hawa Mahal, also known as the “Palace of the Winds.” Also visit City Palace, Jantar Mantar, etc.

Evening explore the city markets with Rickshaws ride and visit carpet and Jewellery factory.

Overnight at the Hotel – Jaipur.

Day 05: Jaipur – Bikaner (330 Km / 6 hrs)

After breakfast check-out from the hotel and transfer to Bikaner. Enroute visit Asia’s biggest camel breeding farm to watch different breeds of Camels. On arrival check-in to your hotel. Overnight stay at Bikaner.

Day 06: Bikaner half day Sightseeing – Jaisalmer (333 Km / 6 hrs)

After breakfast check out from hotel & visit Junagarh Fort which includes Anup Mahal, Gaj Mandir, Sheesh Mahal and Prachina Museum, Lalgarh Palace.

After that transfer to Jaisalmer. Upon arrival at Jaisalmer, check-in to hotel.  In evening we visit Gadisar Lake & Vyas Chhatri. Overnight at Hotel. Overnight stay at Jaisalmer.

Day 07: Jaisalmer Local Sightseeing

After breakfast proceed for sightseeing tour of Jaisalmer visit Jaisalmer Fort, Jain Temple & Patwa Haveli. By the evening we go for a unique experience of the Desert alike Arabian night by making overnight stay over sand dunes with tented accommodation with cultural program and also enjoy photogenic sunset on camel back. Overnight at Tents in Jaisalmer.

Day 08: Jaisalmer – Jodhpur (285 Km / 5 hrs)

After breakfast checkout from the hotel and proceed to Jodhpur. Arrive Jodhpur and check-in to your hotel. Jodhpur is called the ‘Sun City’. Visit the Mehrangarh Fort. This spectacular fort made from red sandstone stands on a perpendicular cliff above the skyline of Jodhpur. Also visit Jaswant Thada, a marble cenotaph built to commemorate Maharaja Jaswant Singh II. Drive past the Mandore garden, which showcases cenotaphs of Jodhpur’s former rulers. Overnight at the Hotel – Jodhpur.

Day 09: Jodhpur half day Sightseeing – Udaipur (260 Km / 5 hrs)

After breakfast, proceed to Udaipur. Enroute, visit the Ranakpur Temples, acclaimed worldwide for their intricate and superb architectural style. These temples form one of the five major pilgrimages of the Jain’s. Arrive Udaipur and check in to your hotel and relax. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight in Udaipur.

Day 10: Sightseeing in Udaipur

After breakfast, proceed for full-day tour of Udaipur. Visit the City Palace, standing on the east bank of Lake Pichola. The complex is a massive series of palaces built at different times from 1559. Thereafter, visit a picturesque garden, Sahelion ki Bari. You will visit also visit Jagat Temple, which is dedicated to Goddess Ambika- a form of Goddess Durga.

In the evening, enjoy a boat ride on Lake Pichola, which is an artificial fresh water lake (depending upon the water level of lake), created in the year 1362 AD. Overnight in Udaipur.

Day 11: Departure from Udaipur

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Udaipur airport for return flight to back home.

HOTELS:

1. Kindly note that names of hotels mentioned in the proposed hotels only indicate that our rates have been based on usage of these hotels and it is not to be construed that accommodation is confirmed at these hotels until and unless we convey such confirmation to you. We reserve the right to change the same due to availability issue with the hotel, or unavoidable circumstances. In that case we may provide alternative, similar accommodation and shall pass on the difference of rates (supplement/reduction whatever applicable) to you.
2. Our offer is based on usage of base category rooms at the mentioned hotels (unless specified otherwise) and if this category of rooms is not available we shall try to confirm accommodation in next available higher category of rooms and shall advise supplementary cost involved while conveying the status.

MEALS:

The menus are pre – set menus provided for breakfast/lunch/dinner on the tour as mentioned under each Tour itinerary and inclusions and exclusions as committed at the time of confirmation. In standard/Budget category of hotels the meals preferences are veg meals, unless specified and in Deluxe/Super Deluxe and Luxury category of hotels/resort the meals are mixture of veg and non-veg preferences.

Mostly buffet meals are served during the tour, but depending upon the less occupancy and group size Ala Carte meals may be served by the hotels. No claim can be made for the meal which guest has missed and not utilized.

ITINERARY CHANGES:

For the comfort and convenience of guests, there could be some changes or amendments in the itinerary. We will try to advise you of these amendments, prior to the start of the tour or on tour. In the event if guest misses on any part of the sightseeing tour or any such tour due to delay on his part, he will not be entitled to claim refund of the same.

The timings mentioned in Day schedule in the itinerary may vary depending upon the road conditions, particular destination visits, En route meals, climatic conditions, particular health conditions of the guests and timings of sightseeing places and monuments.

CONDITION OF TRAVEL

Please note the readymade packages are made on the basis of destinations to be visited, sightseeing’s/excursions and activities to be done during the tour, keeping in view the time, cost and other factors while designing the package. The guest have to strictly follow the Tour itinerary. Any additional sightseeing’s and excursions apart from the suggested itinerary will be on supplement cost. Any additional transfers/ pickups/drops apart from the proposed itinerary shall be subject to additional charges payable apart from the package quote.

In case where a guest along with his family is unable to join or continue the tour due to any reason whatsoever including illness, death or loss of any travel documents, flight/train delays or cancellation no claim shall be entertained for refund of unutilized services, his booking shall be treated as ‘no show’ on the tour and 100% cancellation charges will be levied.

TRANSPORT

We normally use A/C Sedan such as Etios/Desire, Innova/Crysta/Tempo Travellers/2X2 A/C Coaches for our tours depending upon the group size and preferences of the travel. The drivers of the vehicles are bound by specific rules like maximum driving hours within a day, rest period per day etc. Clients will have to strictly adhere to the prescribed timetable for the day so that the driver can complete the travel. In case, any of the sightseeing schedules is missed due to delays caused by the client, the same will not be refunded to the client under any circumstances.Please note that AC will not work in Hills and no claims to this regard shall be entertained.

IDENTITY PROOFS:

It is mandatory to carry the Photo identity Proof during travel and have to be presented at the time of Check Inn in all hotels for security reason.

MOUNUMENTS AND ENTRY CHARGES:

All monuments are closed on Monday and Taj Mahal is closed on Friday. Rohatang Pass is closed on Tuesday for maintenance. Kindly check your itinerary at you end as well.
