Day 1 Arrive Delhi

Welcome to India – Meet & greet by our representative upon arrival at outside the exit gate (Gate No. 5) of Delhi airport and transfers to your pre-booked hotel, check-in at the hotel. Delhi – India’s capital & a major gateway to the country.

Rest of the day free for leisure and overnight stay at hotel in Delhi.

Day 2 Sightseeing in Delhi

Morning after breakfast, proceed for Guided Sightseeing tour of Delhi, visit Humayun’s Tomb, commissioned by Humayun’s wife Hamida Banu Begum in 1562. Later visit the Qutub Minar, which is the tallest brick minaret in the world; it was commissioned by Qutbuddin Aibak, the first Muslim ruler of Delhi. Later drive past to India Gate, President House and Lutyen’s zone before you head toward Rajghat, the memorial to Mahatma Gandhi. Thereafter,

Day 3 Delhi – Jaipur by road (260 Km / 5 Hrs.)

Morning after breakfast, check-out from the hotel and your driver will be available at hotel lobby to driver for Jaipur, it will take 5 hrs. By road.

Upon arrival at Jaipur, check –in to your hotel.

Jaipur popularly known as Pink City. It’s famous for colourful culture, forts, palaces, and markets. The old city of Jaipur is painted pink, which gives it a magical glow.

Rest of the Day at Leisure and evening Enjoy ethnic Dinner at Chokhi Dhani –An ethnic village resort with folk cultural dance and music.

Overnight stay at Hotel in Jaipur.

Day 4 Jaipur Sightseeing tour

Morning after breakfast proceed for excursion to Amber Fort, take an Elephant ride to reach the Fort situated on the hill. Later, stop to photograph the beautiful Hawa Mahal, also known as the “Palace of the Winds.” Also visit City Palace, Jantar Mantar, etc.

Evening explore the city markets with Rickshaws ride and visit carpet and Jewellery factory.

Overnight at the Hotel – Jaipur.

Day 5 Jaipur – Agra via Fatehpur Sikri (245 Kms/ 5 Hrs.)

Morning after breakfast check-out from the hotel and drive to Agra, en route visit Fatehpur Sikri, which was built by Emperor Akbar The Tomb of Sheikh Salim Chishti enshrines the burial place of the Sufi saint who lived a religious life here. Today, Fatehpur Sikri is a UNESCO World heritage site. Continue driving to Agra.

Upon arrival check-in to Agra hotel and Post lunch later visit Agra Fort, taken over from the Lodhi’s by the Mughal Emperor Akbar in the late 16th century. Overnight at the Hotel – Agra.

Day 6 Agra Local Sightseeing

This morning visit the Taj Mahal which was built by Emperor Shah Jahan, as a memorial to this queen, Mumtaz Mahal. Also visit the fort and the tomb of Itmad-ud-Daulah.

Visit Agra Famous Market & Marble Factory, Overnight at the Hotel – Agra.

Day 7: Agra – Khajuraho Via Jhansi

Early in the morning check out form the hotel and you would be transferred to the railway station. From there, board the next train to Jhansi (215 km away). On arriving Jhansi, you would be embarking on a road trip to Orchha (18 km away).

The town of Orchha was founded in 15th century AD and in today’s world it is renowned for its numerous temples, palaces and forts.

As you would be done visiting the attractions of Orchha, get back on the road to Khajuraho (172 km away). On arrival at Khajuraho, you would be checking into a pre-booked hotel and overnight stay in Khajuraho.

Day 08 Khajuraho Sightseeing

Morning after breakfast proceed for visit to the temples of Khajuraho – which form probably one of the best examples of India art. You would be visiting Laxmi & Varha temples, Kandariya Mahadev temple and Devi Jagdambi temple.

Kandariya Mahadev temple is one of the largest Hindu temples in Khajuraho. It is famous for its stone carvings, the numbers of which count more than 900.

Evening enjoy Light & sound show at Khajuraho temple.

Day 09 Khajuraho to Varanasi by Flight

After breakfast check out form the hotel and transfer to Khajuraho airport to catch the flight for Varanasi. (Optional cost of flight). On arrival at Varanasi airport meet and greet by our staff and proceed to your hotel.

Varanasi, the eternal city is the holiest Hindu city in India and one the oldest living cities in the world.

Evening enjoy Ganga Aarti at bank of river Ganga. Overnight stay at hotel in Varanasi.

Day 10 Varanasi

Early morning boat ride on the Ganges to view the sunrise and to see the rituals the take place along the Ghats (waterside steps). Afternoon visit Sarnath to see the Chinese and Buddhist temples and the interesting Sarnath Museum.

Evening back to hotel for overnight stay – Varanasi.

Day 11 Varanasi – Delhi by flight

After breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer to Varanasi airport to catch the connecting flight (optional cost) for onward destination.

PAYMENT TERMS:

• 50% payment at the time of confirmation
• Balance 50% within 07 days of confirmation or travel date whichever is earlier.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We need to receive a cancellation request in writing for us to proceed with cancellation. The following charges will be applicable based on the cancellation request received by us.

If you cancel:

• Prior to 45 days or more – 25% of tour cost
• Between 44 and 31 days of departure – 40% of tour cost
• Between 30 and 15 days of departure – 50% of tour cost
• Between 14 days and 7 prior to date of departure – 75%
• Between 6 days and In case of no show – 100%

TERM AND CONDITIONS:

• Prices valid from 1st April. To 31st July 2022
• 50% advance to be deposited at the time of booking confirmation.
• Balance 50% before 15 days from the Tour Starts.
• Check In / Check out time at all the properties would at 1200 hrs. (Noon)
• All the above mentioned rates are per person rates on twin sharing
• For Cancellation please refer to our Terms and Conditions available at our booking office.
• Rooms holding shall be for a period of 72 hours only.
• The above rates are applicable strictly for resident Indian citizens only
• Any amendment and cancellation in the booking before 15 days RS.500 per Person are chargeable as communication charges.
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Indian Service tax of 5% will be applicable on the total bill Amount if you make the payment in INR.
• Rates will change if traveling dates are changed due to Major Trade Fairs & Exhibition. Supplementary Charges may apply.
• We shall proceed with the reconfirmation after receiving complete package cost.

  • Jaipur – Elephant ride at Amber Fort will not be operational during Eid /Navrataras Festivals Hotel Check in 1400hrs and check out 1200hrs
• Package cost will not be valid during public holidays, festivals, exhibitions and long-weekends. A surcharge will be levied and will be advised at the time of booking

HOTELS:

1. Kindly note that names of hotels mentioned in the proposed hotels only indicate that our rates have been based on usage of these hotels and it is not to be construed that accommodation is confirmed at these hotels until and unless we convey such confirmation to you. We reserve the right to change the same due to availability issue with the hotel, or unavoidable circumstances. In that case we may provide alternative, similar accommodation and shall pass on the difference of rates (supplement/reduction whatever applicable) to you.
2. Our offer is based on usage of base category rooms at the mentioned hotels (unless specified otherwise) and if this category of rooms is not available we shall try to confirm accommodation in next available higher category of rooms and shall advise supplementary cost involved while conveying the status.

MEALS:

The menus are pre – set menus provided for breakfast/lunch/dinner on the tour as mentioned under each Tour itinerary and inclusions and exclusions as committed at the time of confirmation. In standard/Budget category of hotels the meals preferences are veg meals, unless specified and in Deluxe/Super Deluxe and Luxury category of hotels/resort the meals are mixture of veg and non-veg preferences.

Mostly buffet meals are served during the tour, but depending upon the less occupancy and group size Ala Carte meals may be served by the hotels. No claim can be made for the meal which guest has missed and not utilized.

ITINERARY CHANGES:

For the comfort and convenience of guests, there could be some changes or amendments in the itinerary. We will try to advise you of these amendments, prior to the start of the tour or on tour. In the event if guest misses on any part of the sightseeing tour or any such tour due to delay on his part, he will not be entitled to claim refund of the same.

The timings mentioned in Day schedule in the itinerary may vary depending upon the road conditions, particular destination visits, En route meals, climatic conditions, particular health conditions of the guests and timings of sightseeing places and monuments.

CONDITION OF TRAVEL

Please note the readymade packages are made on the basis of destinations to be visited, sightseeing’s/excursions and activities to be done during the tour, keeping in view the time, cost and other factors while designing the package. The guest have to strictly follow the Tour itinerary. Any additional sightseeing’s and excursions apart from the suggested itinerary will be on supplement cost. Any additional transfers/ pickups/drops apart from the proposed itinerary shall be subject to additional charges payable apart from the package quote.

In case where a guest along with his family is unable to join or continue the tour due to any reason whatsoever including illness, death or loss of any travel documents, flight/train delays or cancellation no claim shall be entertained for refund of unutilized services, his booking shall be treated as ‘no show’ on the tour and 100% cancellation charges will be levied.

TRANSPORT

We normally use A/C Sedan such as Etios/Desire, Innova/Crysta/Tempo Travellers/2X2 A/C Coaches for our tours depending upon the group size and preferences of the travel. The drivers of the vehicles are bound by specific rules like maximum driving hours within a day, rest period per day etc. Clients will have to strictly adhere to the prescribed timetable for the day so that the driver can complete the travel. In case, any of the sightseeing schedules is missed due to delays caused by the client, the same will not be refunded to the client under any circumstances. Please note that AC will not work in Hills and no claims to this regard shall be entertained.

IDENTITY PROOFS:

It is mandatory to carry the Photo identity Proof during travel and have to be presented at the time of Check Inn in all hotels for security reason.

MOUNUMENTS AND ENTRY CHARGES:

All monuments are closed on Monday and Taj Mahal is closed on Friday. Rohatang Pass is closed on Tuesday for maintenance. Kindly check your itinerary at you end as well.
