Day 01: Livingstone Arrival

Welcome to Livingstone, Zambia. Complete your passport and immigration formalities and once you come out, you will meet our driver who is waiting outside the arrivals area with your name placard to assist you to your vehicle. He will take you to your hotel. Check in as per standard check in time and relax.

The rest of the day is at your leisure. Feel free to relax or explore the place on your own.

Overnight at your hotel in Livingstone.

Day 02: Victoria Falls Tour + Sunset cruise

Early Breakfast at the hotel, today, you will be picked up from your hotel and directly taken to the famous hotspot Victoria Falls You may stop over at the view point to admire the endless panorama of the Victoria Falls. The guide will escort you to the boiling pot and a few other places each with a scenic view.

Our English speaking Driver cum guide will be happy to talk with you or keep silent as per your requirement.

After the tour arrive at your lodge, check in and relax.

After a good rest you will be picked from the hotel for the Sunset boat cruise which is 2 hours streaming on the Zambezi River.

After the cruise transfer back to the hotel and have dinner at the hotel in the evening.

Day 03: Game drive at Mosi O Tunya National Park + Elephant Interaction

In the morning, around 08: 00 am you will be picked up after your breakfast at the hotel and taken to the Mosi O Tunya National park, a five minutes’ drive to the park where you can see the amazing side for the wildlife. The drive is about 2 hours with the guide accompanying you.

After the game drive, stop at Elephant café for Elephant interaction, and enjoy a closer look at falls.

Have Lunch at the Elephant Café (Optional)

Optional Tours:

• Tour of the Bridge where the activities like bungee jumping takes place, a look at the Zimbabwean border too.
• Lunch at Elephant Café
• Tour of Livingstone Nightlife
• Tour of the Crocodile Park and the museum.

Day 04: Livingstone – Departure

After an early breakfast, check out and transfers from hotel to the airport. Journey concludes.

• Pick up from Livingstone Airport and Private transfer to your hotel in Livingstone
• 03 Night stay in a hotel in Livingstone as per details given above on bed and breakfast basis.
• All meals as per given in the itinerary.
• All sightseeing and transfers as per itinerary.
• Services of an English speaking driver cum guide during the trip from the Airportand all the sightseeing transfers.
• Driver and vehicle will be available on a point to point basis as per itinerary and will not be at your disposal.

TERM AND CONDITIONS: 

• All rooms, rates and services are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
• Rates are not valid for Events / Fairs / Long weekends / Festivals / Blackout dates.
• In case the same hotels / lodges / camps / resorts are not available we reserve the right to change them in the same star category.
• Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 1400 hrs and check-out 12 Noon.
• Early check-in, late check-out is solely based on the discretion of the hotel and not guaranteed unless paid for.
• We reserve the rights to reschedule the itinerary or routing.
• Unused inclusions in a tour package are non-refundable.
• Tours will be seat in coach basis (Unless mentioned otherwise) where guests have to reach on time at designated pick up point.
• Any delays from your side are considered a no show.
• No refund applicable in case of no show.
• Rates are not valid during any events & festivals and blackout dates.
• Most of the Hotels/ Lodges may ask for a security deposit at the time of check-in, which is refundable at the time of check-out and is subject to the hotel/lodge’s policy.

PAYMENT TERMS:

• 50% payment at the time of confirmation
• Balance 50% within 07 days of confirmation or travel date whichever is earlier.
• We accept payments via bank transfer/Debit & Credit cards also. In case of a bank transfer please add 30 per transfer per time you transfer.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We need to receive a cancellation request in writing for us to proceed with cancellation. The following charges will be applicable based on the cancellation request received by us.

If you cancel –

• 60 days prior to departure there will be a 10% deduction on the package cost.
• 59 – 45 days prior to departure: 25% deduction on the package cost.
• 44 – 30 days prior to departure: 35% deduction on the package cost.
• 30 – 15 days prior to departure: 60% deduction on the package cost.
• 15 – 07 days prior to departure: 85% deduction on the package cost.
• 06 days or less: 100% deduction on the package cost.

Rate per adult / Child for additional sightseeing/excursion/monument fee etc.

Note: For Helicopter ride we need minimum 2 passengers to operate. The child rates are for ages 5 years to 12 years. 13+ will be considered as an adult.
