Day 01: Nairobi – Lake Nakuru
Picked from your city hotel and, depart to the Lake Nakuru National Park. The drive is pleasant and approximately takes 03 hours from Nairobi.
Arrive at your camp / lodge in time for lunch. In the afternoon set out for a game drive till sunset.
Lake Nakuru is one of the Rift Valley lakes at an elevation of 1,754 m above sea level. It lies to the south of Nakuru, in the rift valley of Kenya and is protected by Lake Nakuru National Park. The lake’s abundance of algae used to attract a vast quantity of flamingos that famously lined the shore. Brief stop at The Great Rift Valley. Enjoy a game drive at Lake Nakuru National Park.
Lake Nakuru, lake in west-central Kenya. It is one of the saline lakes of the lake system lying in the Great Rift Valley of eastern Africa. Primarily known for its many species of birds, including vast numbers of pink flamingos, Lake Nakuru also has waterbucks, impalas, and hippopotamuses
Dinner and overnight Sarova Lion Hill Lodge or similar.

Day 02: Lake Nakuru Departure
Today after breakfast, you will check out and return to Nairobi. Optional stop at Lake Naivasha. Lake Naivasha is a freshwater lake in Kenya, outside the town of Naivasha in Nakuru County, which lies North West of Nairobi. It is part of the Great Rift Valley. The name derives from the local Maasai name Nai’posha, meaning “rough water” because of the sudden storms which can arise.
Optional boat ride (payable directly). Then, return to Nairobi and be dropped off at your city hotel.
